5. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If an item has manufacturing defects, is the wrong size, or the wrong product has been shipped, the following terms apply:
- Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with receipts.
- Returns must be accompanied by an unboxing video. Without this, claims will not be accepted.
- Exchange for the same product will not incur additional charges, subject to availability. If exchanging for a different item, any price difference must be covered by the customer.
- Refunds are not offered. In the event of unavailability, we may issue a store coupon.
Non-returnable Items include:
- Digital products, undergarments, and discounted/clearance items.
- Items with physical damage, scratches, or missing parts.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer service. After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible. Karoza reserves the right to cancel orders due to payment failures or stock unavailability.
